At JaagravWealth, we strive to provide complete transparency and customer satisfaction. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before availing any services.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service request within 12 hours of placing the order.
If the request is canceled within this time, a full refund will be issued after deducting up to 5% of the amount paid to cover payment gateway charges.
No cancellations will be accepted after 12 hours of the service request. In such cases, 100% of the fee will be charged.
Gateway & Payment Method Charges:
Due to third-party payment gateway policies (such as Razorpay), a non-refundable charge of 3% to 5% is deducted depending on your payment method:

Note: Payment gateways deduct their commission even in case of cancellations or refunds. These charges are non-recoverable.
JaagravWealth reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any cancellation or refund request.
Refund Policy
Once your cancellation is approved, or if a refund is otherwise applicable, you will receive an email confirmation.
If approved:
The refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
The credit may take a few days to reflect in your bank/credit card statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Recheck your bank account.
Contact your credit card company – It may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank – Processing delays are possible.

Non-Refundable Items
Service fees for personalized or processed requests are non-refundable once work has commenced or after the 12-hour cancellation window.
Only regular-priced services are eligible for refunds.
